Do I need to create an account to place my order?

Yes, you must register to place your order. That will enable you to checkout faster, to access your previous orders, to save your personal data and to create your wishlist.

How can I place my order?

To place your order, please select your wished item or items and add it/them to your shopping cart. Once you have selected your products, please follow the instructions on your purchase page to finalize your order. You must create your account or access through an existing account. As you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

What will happen after I create my order?

Once your order has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. Your personal data and payment information will be checked and we’ll contact you for any question.

Can I order on the phone?

Our Customer Care will be happy to support you on the phone while you create your order. We are open from Monday to Friday 10 am – 5 pm. Phone calls from fixed line will be free of charge; phone calls from mobile may be subject to extra charge, please contact your phone operator.

Why my order was cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for different reasons, as unavailability of fund or products, incorrect information for billing and delivery. Orders can be cancelled if the product ordered is not available as the order is under handling. If your order or just a part of it is cancelled for such reason, the corresponding amount will be refunded on your bank account. The refund will be handled within 14 days, according to the bank procedure.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card through NEXI platform or Paypal. Such payment methods are 100% safe. Your personal data and payment information sent are coded and safe, they are not saved on our server.

How can I trace my order?

As your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including the tracking number – please click on the link “Shipment” to check its status. Please remember your order will be traceable one day after receipt of the notification message.

What are the delivery hours?

Usually express couriers deliver between 8 am and 6 pm. Please provide your telephone number in order to be updated on delivery.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you can provide two different addresses. In order to indicate a shipping address and a different billing address, please do not tick off “Use my billing address” and fill in the wished information.

Which products can be returned?

In case of return, how long will it take to get the refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt of the product returned and quality control. Such time may vary from according to the bank procedure.

Sorry, we cannot resize neither rings nor jewelry.

The colors hue may slightly vary, as the products are crafted one by one.
